The Ninth Zimriya took place in Jerusalem in 1975 with the participation of scores of choirs from Israel and abroad.
Obverse: On the right the inscription: "The Ninth Zimriya 5735" in Hebrew and English. The English shows the date as "1975". On the left - the Zimriya emblem - a clef imposed upon a stylized figure of a nightingale.
Reverse: A stylized panorama of Jerusalem united and its best known sights. On the right the word "Jerusalem" in Hebrew and English.
