Issued as one of a series of three medals in honor of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Haifa. Jerusalem - the ancient modern city,, center of the spiritual world for millions of people. On the other side of the coin, the contribution of Bank HaPoalim, the largest bank in the country, is highlighted. In the economic sphere, it includes industry, high-tech, agriculture, tourism, foreign trade, construction and industry. In the social sphere, it includes absorption of immigration and social development.

Obverse: Symbol of Bank HaPoalim surrounded by symbols of various areas in which the bank has been active: industry, agriculture, transportation, science and construction. In the lower portion, along the circumference, the inscription "BANK HAPOALIM" in Hebrew and English.

Reverse: View of Old Jerusalem surrounded by hills. Below, along the circumference, inscribed "JERUSALEM" in Hebrew and English.

Edge: The initials: "I.G.C.M.C." in Hebrew and English and serial rumber.

Serialization: All medals are numbered.
