Reverse: On a stylized panorama of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, one sees the Shalom Tower, the Hilton Hotel, the Tel Aviv Museum, the Basketball Stadium, the Central Synagogue, the Mann Auditorium, Habima Theatre, and Tel Aviv University.

Edge: The State emblem and the inscription "State of Israel" in Hebrew and English. The silver medals bear "Silver 935" in Hebrew and "Sterling" in English.
