Official Award Medal, 1993 5754
Qiriat Arba - an urban settlement of 1,100 families with a total population of approximately 6,000. In addition, there are approximately 50 Jewish families living in the heart of Hebron. The settlement has educational and cultural institutions, a well developed health system, religious services, an industrial zone, good transportation, many housing options and full public services. The medal marks the 25 year anniversary of the renewal of Jewish settlement in Hebron.
Medal Description
Obverse: The emblem of the Qiriat Arba Regional Council. Below, along the circumference, the Hebrew inscription "congratulations" with the years "5728-5753". To the right in Hebrew and to the left in English, along the circumference, "QIRIAT ARBA-HEBRON".
Reverse: Panorama of the city of Hebron, with the Cave of the Patriarchs in the center and Qiriat Arba in the background.
Edge: Initials "I.G.C.M.C." and "BRONZE" in Hebrew and English, and serial number.
Serialization: All medals are numbered.
