This special set celebrates the State of Israel's 46th Anniversary and is dedicated to the environment. The price of mankind's technological achievements and rising living standards is becoming apparent environmental damage has become a serious problem to mankind and nature. Packaged in a folder made of recycled paper, this set includes all denominations in circulation plus the 1 agora coin and a dodecahedral new sheqel "For a Better Environment coin, identical in design to the 5754 Independence Day coin. All of the coins are struck on double thickness (Piéfort) blanks, heavier than those used in the ordinary issue Each coin in the set bears a tiny Star of David mint mark, the mint year, 5754, and the State emblem
