• Chaim Herzog- Third Medal in the Series
• Zalman Shazar- Fourth Medal in the Series

Edge: State emblem with the words "STATE OF ISRAEL" inscribed in Hebrew and English; the metal and serial number; the steel/copper bimetallic medal (like the 10 shekel coin), is 23mm in diameter and was minted on a double token (piefort) with a milled edge.
