The medal faces are graced with works of six of the world's best artists, printed on high quality silkscreens, a lithograph and art print. Other works of the same artists, in bas relief, are the features on the medal reverses.

Each of the medals was struck in pure silver, in a mintage that was not to exceed 999. Each medal is oval, measuring 60x48mm (2.36x1.9 in). Every detail of the works of art has been perfectly reproduced by use of a special production technique with color.

Rembrandt van Rijn (1606–1669) is the famous Dutch painter of all times. Many of his paintings portray biblical scenes characterized by dramatic flashes of light, evoking moments of great emotion. One of his famous paintings, "The Jewish Bride" is the feature of one of the art medals in this set. On the medal reverse is another of Rembrandt's works, "David playing the Harp".

Amedeo Modigliani (1884–1920) is the Italian-Jewish painter and sculptor who spent much of his short life in Paris. He painted his lover, Jeanne Hébuterne, many times, portraying her with an elongated neck, characteristic of his style. One of these paintings graces the face of one of the medals, while the reverse bears Modigliani's "Head" sculpture.

Camille Pissarro (1855-1903) was born into a Sephardic-French Jewish family and spent most of his life in Paris and its surroundings. He was a member of the Impressionist Movement and many of his works depict landscapes and rural life.
One of Pissarro's most famous works depicting a young woman bathing her feet in a stream is the feature on one of the medals. The reverse bears Pissarro's painting of "Boats".

Abel Pann (1883-1963) was a Jewish artist, born in Russia as Abba Pepperman. He worked as an artist for some years in France and in 1913, decided to make his permanent home in Jerusalem. Inspired by the Holy City, he took to painting scenes of the Bible.
His painting of Jacob and Rachel, entitled "The Kiss" is featured on a lithograph on the face of one of the medals, while the medal reverse design is Abel Pann's work, "Tower of Babel".

Eugene Ferdinand Victor Delacroix (1798 – 1863) was an artist from a French aristocratic family. In 1832, Delacroix traveled to Morocco and was enchanted by Tangier and its Jewish Community. This found expression in his art. His painting depicting a Jewish Bride in Tangier printed on a lithograph is the feature of one of the medals. Another of his works, depicting Jacob wrestling with the angel is the design of the medal reverse.

Itzhak Tarkay (1935-2012) was born in the former Yugoslavia and studied at the Bezalel Art Academy in Jerusalem. One of the most successful contemporary Israeli artists abroad, Tarkay was a figurative artist whose subjects are very often feminine figures.
An art print of Tarkay's painting "Reflections" graces one of these medals, while the reverse bears a rendering of one of his sculptures depicting a seated woman.
