Obverse: Israel and Jordan flags with olive branch upon them. Inscribed "PEACE AGREEMENT ISRAEL-JORDAN" in Hebrew and Arabic above and in English below. At bottom "26.10.1994".

Reverse: Star of David and crescent joined together with a dove holding olive branch in its beak in center.

Edge: State emblem with the words "STATE OF ISRAEL' in Hebrew on the right and in English on the left and serial number. Bronze/tombac medal - "BRONZE" in Hebrew and English; Silver medal - "S 999" in Hebrew and English; gold medal - "G.750" in Hebrew and English.

Serialization: All medals are numbered.

Designer: Obverse - Avraham Patt. Reverse - Nathan Karp.

Engraving: Tidhar Dagan.

Mint: Coppernickel and gold - The Government Mint. Bronze/tombac and silver - Hecht.
