Two 8-pointed stars moving within a wheel, which, together, form an ever-changing, multi-pointed star. "As One Heart"
Two hearts moving within a wheel creating a variety of forms.

State emblem with the words "STATE OF ISRAEL' in Hebrew on the right and in English on the left, with serial number. Silver medal - "SILVER 925 STERLING" in Hebrew and English; Gold medal - "G.585" in Hebrew and English.
