Thirty Years of Export
Official Award Medal, 5738-1978

The year 5738, Israel's Thirtieth Anniversary, well reflects the changes that have taken place in the economy of Israel. To start with, Israel's exports were based on the food and textile industries, but a dynamic industrialization process broadened the spectrum until today they include original products based on science and skills, in metal, electrical products, electronics, chemicals, etc. The commercial balance includes a significant proportion of agricultural export as well.

Reverse:
The seven branched candelabra entwined with the world's industrial wheels. On the rim, the inscription: "Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism" in Hebrew and English.
