Obverse: The inscription "Hertz 1£" in Hebrew and English upon a background of the number "30", twice in different sizes. Above the number is the Hebrew year "5755" and below it, "1995". In the circumference, the inscription "thirty years", in Hebrew above and in English below.

Reverse: Symbol of the dove of peace in the form of a Star of David. Along the circumference, above in Hebrew the words "year of peace" and below in English, "ISRAEL'.

Edge: Initials "I.G.C.M.C." and "Silver 935" in Hebrew and English and serial number.

Serialization: All medals are numbered.
