Electric Company Workers Committee

The Electric Company Workers' Committee represents the company's 11,000 workers and 3,000 retirees across Israel, from Dan to Eilat. Through their union, Electric Company workers engage in a wide variety of volunteer activities benefiting the community, IDF soldiers, institutions for underprivileged children, hospitals and many other community services. The Committee sees its pensioners as an integral part of the company and is active in improving their pensions and cultural and leisure activities. Each worker does a preparatory course prior to retirement. Upon retirement, the Committee Award Medal is presented. Company workers are extremely proud of their contribution to Israel's economic development.
