The transparent portrait:A watermark image of the portrait with the denomination next to it.
The denomination:Dark capital digits on the lower left side.
Light digits printed on dark background on the upper right-hand corner.
The glittering stripe:A transparent and glittering stripe is incorporated into the banknote, next to the portrait.
The golden book:An artistic reflective foil element in the shape of an "open golden book" changes its color from gold to green. Simultaneously, it is possible to see a horizontal bar moving up and down the "book" when the banknote is tilted.
Features for the blind and vision impaired:Two pairs of lines at the bottom margins of the banknote—on the left and right sides—which can be felt with fingers.
The perforated numerals:Tiny holes forming the shape of the banknote's denomination (50) are perforated at the top part of the banknote design.
The see-through "Menorah":Components of a menorah symbol with seven branches are printed on either side of the banknote. They combine to form a complete "Menorah", which is visible when the note is held up to the light.
Microtext and micronumbers:The words: Bank of Israel in Hebrew, the poem "Oh, My Land, My Birthplace", and the denomination in microprinting are integrated into the banknote design.
