The set consists of six extremely rare pure gold coins of varying weights:
The first five coins, which weigh 1/20, 1/10, 1/4, 1/2 and 1oz, were issued in a maximum world quantity of only 200 pieces. The five coins are packaged in a luxurious wooden box along with a Certificate of Authenticity.
The sixth coin in the set is a 2oz high relief pure gold coin with a maximum mintage of 250 coins worldwide. A separate luxurious wooden box, as well as a Certificate of Authenticity, are included with this coin.
Celebrating 25 Years of the Classic Red Kangaroo Design. Struck by the Perth Mint from 99.99% pure gold this rare set is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Australian Kangaroo Coin. The iconic artistry, featured on this 25th anniversary commemorative, was originally introduced as part of the Australian Nugget coin program as the new theme for the 1989 Proof Issue.
